Mihla er en bydel i byen Amt Creuzburg i Wartburgkreis i Thüringen. Indtil den 31. december 2019 var byen en selvstændig kommune.
Den historiske byplacering ligger i en lille dalbund ved Werra i centrum af Mihla-området, på en beskyttet højderyg over Werraknie. Mihla strækker sig på vestsiden af Hainich ved østsiden af Werra. Gennem byen flyder Lauterbach. Tæt under Mihla munder også Lempertsbach, der kommer fra Nazza, ud i Werra. På den vestlige bred af Werra ligger det tidligere forværk Sandgut.
