Peenemünde er en kommune i den nordlige del af øen Usedom i Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Den tilhører Landkreis Vorpommern-Greifswald og administreres af Amt Usedom-Nord med sæde i byen Zinnowitz.
Stedet er kendt for raketudviklingen i den tidligere der stationerede militære forsøgsanstalt Peenemünde, hvorunder den som V2 kendte missil Aggregat 4 opnåede kampklarhed.
