Peenemünde ist eine Gemeinde auf dem Nordteil der Insel Usedom in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Sie gehört dem Landkreis Vorpommern-Greifswald an und wird vom Amt Usedom-Nord mit Sitz in der Stadt Zinnowitz verwaltet.
Bekannt ist der Ort für die Raketenentwicklung in der einst dort stationierten Heeresversuchsanstalt Peenemünde, worunter der als V2 bekannte Flugkörper Aggregat 4 Einsatzreife erlangte.
