Oppach er en saksisk kommune i Landkreis Görlitz og ligger ved hovedvejene 96 og 98 lige ved grænsen til Nordbøhmen. Sammen med nabobyen Beiersdorf danner Oppach et forvaltningsfællesskab.
Oppach ligger i dalen ved Beiersdorfer Wassers, som forlader byen i Alten Graben. I øst afgrænses den af kommunen Neusalza-Spremberg, og mod nord af et skovområde kaldet „Großer Wald“.
