Oppach ist eine sächsische Gemeinde im Landkreis Görlitz und liegt an den Bundesstraßen 96 und 98 direkt an der Grenze zu Nordböhmen . Mit dem Nachbarort Beiersdorf bildet Oppach eine Verwaltungsgemeinschaft.
Oppach liegt im Tal des Beiersdorfer Wassers, das den Ort im Alten Graben verlässt. Im Osten an der Gemeindegrenze zu Neusalza-Spremberg, im Norden durch das Flößchen begrenzt, befindet sich ein Waldstück genannt „Großer Wald“.
