Rondeshagen er en kommune i Kreis Herzogtum Lauenburg i Schleswig-Holstein. Til kommunen Rondeshagen hører bydelen Groß Weeden.
Rondeshagen blev første gang nævnt skriftligt i 1373 som “Rouchelstorp”. I 1394 sælger Eghard Parkentin godset “Rodingeshagen” til hertug Erich III. af Sachsen-Lauenburg. Kort tid efter kom godset og landsbyen Rondeshagen i besiddelse af forskellige Lübecker byrådsmedlemmer og patricierfamilier som f.eks. Segebodo Crispin, Nicolaus Carbow og Gottschalck von Wickede samt den Lübecker borgmester Christoph Tode. Familien von Tode ejede Rondeshagen indtil 1788. I 1747 blev Rondeshagen igen en del af Herzogtum Lauenburg som en del af Möllner Pertinenzien. Den godsherrlige tid sluttede i 1928. Fra 1889 til 1948 tilhørte kommunen Amtsbezirk Bliestorf, siden 1948 Amts Berkenthin.
