Usedom er en landsby på den ligeledes navngivne ø Usedom i Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Den tilhører Landkreis Vorpommern-Greifswald og er administrationssæde for Amt Usedom-Süd, som yderligere 14 kommuner tilhører. For at skelne det fra øen Usedom kaldes den også by Usedom eller Usedom-by.
Landsbyen ligger i den sydvestlige del af den ligeledes navngivne ø, i det såkaldte Achterland, ved den nordvestlige bred af Usedomer See, en bugt af Stettiner Haff. Mod vest og nord begrænses byområdet af Peenestrom.
