Wiesengrund, niedersorbisk Łukojce, er en kommune i Landkreis Spree-Neiße og ligger i den sydøstlige del af Brandenburg. Den tilhører Amt Döbern-Land, som har sit sæde i byen Döbern. Kommunen ligger i det sorbiske bosættelsesområde.
Kommunen Wiesengrund grænser mod vest op til den kreisfrie by Cottbus og kommunen Neuhausen/Spree, mod syd til byen Spremberg og kommunen Felixsee, mod øst til kommunerne Neiße-Malxetal og Groß Schacksdorf-Simmersdorf og mod nord til kreisbyen Forst og kommunen Teichland. På kommunens område bliver et resthul fra brunkulmineret flodet. Derfra skal Klinger Søen opstå inden 2020.
