Ratshausen er en kommune i Zollernalbkreis i Baden-Württemberg. Til kommunen Ratshausen hører udover den navnlig samme landsby ingen andre bosættelser.
Ratshausen ligger i den vestlige del af den Schwäbischen Alb sydvest for Plettenberg. Syd for Ratshausen ligger Ortenberg. Ratshausen bliver gennemstrømmet af den lille flod Schlichem. Kommunen ligger midt i fritidsområdet Oberes Schlichemtal.
