Stadtkyll er en by i den tyske delstat Rheinland-Pfalz og er en del af Landkreis Vulkaneifel. Byen ligger ved Kyll.
Stadtkyll har 1.511 indbyggere.
I 1022 blev Stadtkyll nævnt for første gang. På det tidspunkt havde byen en borg og var udstyret med en stenfæstning. Der er derfor mistanke om, at Stadtkyll er blevet grundlagt tidligere og havde en vigtig funktion. I 1345 blev Stadtkyll givet som vederlag for et lån til greven af Luxembourg, Jan den Blinde. Derefter fik Stadtkyll stadsretter i 1611, men disse blev berøvet i 1697.
