Osterholz boligkvarteret i Wuppertal er et af ni kvarterer i bydelen Vohwinkel. Navnet stammer fra det nærliggende skovområde Osterholz i den vestlige del af Wuppertal.
Det 1,96 km² store boligkvarter er sparsommelig befolket og har kun i øst en sammenhængende bebyggelse med en- og flerfamiliehuse ved adressen Zur Waldkampfbahn. På trods af sit navn er boligkvarteret desuden præget af landlige forhold. Kun en meget lille del af skovområdet Osterholz ligger i boligkvarteret, og en stor del af det er blevet udlagt som naturbeskyttelsesområde Krutscheid. Det vigtigste vandsystem er Krudtscheider Bach.
