El barrio residencial de Osterholz en Wuppertal es uno de los nueve barrios del distrito de Vohwinkel. Su nombre proviene del área forestal de Osterholz, situada en el oeste de Wuppertal.
El barrio residencial, que abarca 1,96 km², está escasamente poblado y presenta una construcción cerrada solo en el este, con la urbanización en la calle Zur Waldkampfbahn, donde se encuentran casas unifamiliares y multifamiliares. A pesar de su nombre, el barrio residencial tiene un carácter rural. Solo una muy pequeña parte del área forestal de Osterholz se encuentra en el barrio, y de esta, una gran parte ha sido designada como el área natural protegida de Krutscheid. El curso de agua más importante es el arroyo Krudtscheider.
