Hiltrup er den sydligste af de seks bydele i byen Münster i delstaten Nordrhein-Westfalen i Tyskland. Pr. 31. december 2019 var befolkningstallet 38.247.
De germanske Bructer har, ifølge arkæologiske undersøgelser, omkring begyndelsen af den almindelige tidsregning, boet i nogle gårde nær placeringen af det nuværende DEK ved Hiltrup. I det 12. århundrede opstod Hiltrup omkring St.-Clemenskirken. Siden 1848 har Hiltrup haft en station ved jernbanelinjen Hamm - Emden.
