Hamburg-Volksdorf er en bydel i den nordøstlige del af Fristaten og Hansestaden Hamburg. Den tilhører distriktet Wandsbek. Navnet stammer fra Volcwardesdorpe og har sin oprindelse i navnet på landsbyens stifter Volkward.
Volksdorf grænser op til Slesvig-Holsten mod øst, nord og nordøst. Den største by der er Ahrensburg. Mod nordvest grænser Volksdorf op til Bergstedt, mod vest til bydelen Sasel og mod sydvest til bydelen Farmsen-Berne. Afgrænset af Volksdorfer Wald med Mellenberg som den højeste hævning i distriktet grænser Meiendorf, en del af bydelen Rahlstedt, op mod syd.
