Barmens midte i Wuppertal er et af seks kvarterer i bydelen Barmen. Det er det historiske centrum Gemarke i den tidligere selvstændige storby Barmen.
Kvarteret på 0,53 km² ligger øst for den geografiske midte af Wuppertal, i dalen på begge sider af Wupper. Det afgrænses mod nord af ruten for den nedlagte Wuppertaler Nordbahn, mod vest af gaderne Steinweg og Fischertal, mod syd af jernbanelinjen Elberfeld–Dortmund og mod øst af gaderne Heidter Berg, Bachstraße og Westkotter Straße. I urets retning omgiver kvartererne Sedansberg, Oberbarmen-Schwarzbach, Heckinghausen, Heidt, Kothen og Friedrich-Engels-Allee Barmen-Mitte. Wupper med den Wuppertaler svævebane ovenfor flyder gennem det lavtliggende kvarter, parallelt hermed løber motorvej 7, kaldet Höhne her.
