Maasholm er en kommune i Kreis Schleswig-Flensburg i Schleswig-Holstein. Kommunen ligger ved Schleimundingen og er et anerkendt rekreations- og feriested. Maasholm er blevet tildelt priser flere gange i forbindelse med konkurrencen Vores landsby har fremtid.
Maasholm ligger cirka 36 km nordøst for Schleswig ved landevej 199. Da Maasholm oprindeligt var en ø, kan landsbyen i dag nås via en dæmning. Til kommuneområdet hører også Maasholm-Bad, Exhöft og godset Oehe.
