Grünow er en kommune i Landkreis Mecklenburgische Seenplatte i den sydlige del af Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Den administreres af Amt Neustrelitz-Land med sæde i den ikke amtsafhængige by Neustrelitz.
Kommune Grünow ligger 17 kilometer øst for Neustrelitz i overgangsområdet mellem den Mecklenburgske Søplatte og Feldberger Sølandskab. Umiddelbart syd for Grünow begynder den østlige del af Müritz Nationalpark. Her ligger den 143 m høje Hirschberg, der er det højeste punkt i nationalparken.
