WSW Wuppertaler Stadtwerke GmbH er holdingselskabet for den kommunale forsynings- og transportservicevirksomhed i byen Wuppertal. Hovedaktionær i koncernen er byen Wuppertal med 99,4 %, mens Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis ejer 0,6 %. WSW-koncernen har cirka 3100 ansatte.
I september 2007 blev byværkerne delt op i virksomhederne WSW Energi & Vand og WSW mobil. Siden 2009 har GDF SUEZ været involveret med 33,1 % i WSW Energi & Vand AG. I 2013 blev vandforsyningen i Wuppertal overtaget fra en selvstændig virksomhed under byen Wuppertal.
