Kloak-anlægget Dortmund-Deusen er det første kloak-anlæg, der er opført som en del af projektet ombygning af Emscher-systemet. Operatøren er Emschergenossenschaft.
Indtil 1994 flød spildevandet fra Dortmunder centrum og Nordbyen uklareret ud i Emscher. Dertil kom på dette tidspunkt også spildevandet fra Dortmunder bryggerier og Hoesch AG. Kloakværkets opland udgør 4.620 hektar.
