De afvalwaterzuiveringsinstallatie Dortmund-Deusen is de eerste afvalwaterzuiveringsinstallatie die is gebouwd in het kader van het project Omvorming van het Emschersysteem aan de Emscher. De exploitant is de Emschergenossenschaft.
Tot 1994 stroomden de afvalwater van de binnenstad van Dortmund en de Noordstad ongezuiverd in de Emscher. Ook de afvalwater van de Dortmunder brouwerijen en de Hoesch AG kwamen in die tijd erbij. Het verzorgingsgebied van de zuiveringsinstallatie bedraagt 4.620 hectare.
