Siebengebirge, nogle gange Sieben Mountains eller Seven Mountains, er en bjergrække i det tyske Central Uplands på den østlige bred af den midterste Rhine, sydøst for Bonn.
Området, der ligger i kommunerne Bad Honnef og Königswinter, består af mere end 40 bakker. Bakkerne har en gammel vulkansk oprindelse og blev dannet for mellem 28 og 15 millioner år siden. Meget af det område, der dækkes af Sieben Hills, tilhører Sieben Hills Naturpark, som er under miljøbeskyttelse.
