Jernbanestationen Jena-Göschwitz ) er en kilejernbanestation i Jena bydel Göschwitz. Stationen ligger på en højde af 152,21 meter ved strækningens kilometer 32,22 på Saalbahn samt 27,50 på Weimar-Geraer Bahn og blev åbnet den 1. juli 1876. Den tidligere station i klasse II klassificeres i Deutsche Bahns stationskategorisering under kategori 4.
Skinnestrukturen var ved stationens grundlæggelse stadig ret beskeden. I 1879 åbnede Saal-Eisenbahn-Gesellschaft den nuværende perron kaldet perron 2, og indtil 1890 var længden af skinnerne allerede blevet fordoblet. Siden da har jernbaneanlægget skullet udvides konstant for at imødekomme den voksende efterspørgsel.
