Gymnasiet Johann-Conrad-Schlaun er et gymnasium i Münster. Det er opkaldt efter den tyske bygningste Jens Conrad Schlaun, som levede i Münster i lang tid og også døde der.
I 1899 besluttede Münster bystyre at grundlægge en realskole uden latin. Skolen startede driften den 26. april 1900 i lokalerne på det nuværende Ratsgymnasium på Syndikatsplatz. Elever, der oprindeligt var tiltænkt Ratsgymnasium, udgjorde også den første klasse af skolen, som havde 56 sextaner. Den første skoleleder blev fra den 1. april 1904 pædagogen Dr. Heinrich Hoffschulte, som ledede institutionen indtil 1927. Den 1. april 1904 flyttede man til Lamberti Folkeskole på Alten Steinweg.
