Il Ginnasio Johann-Conrad-Schlaun è un ginnasio a Münster. Prende il nome dall'architetto tedesco Johann Conrad Schlaun, che visse a lungo a Münster e morì lì.
Nel 1899, l'amministrazione comunale di Münster decise di fondare una scuola secondaria senza latino. L'attività scolastica iniziò il 26 aprile 1900 nei locali dell'attuale Ginnasio del Consiglio in Syndikatsplatz. Gli studenti inizialmente destinati al Ginnasio del Consiglio formarono anche la prima classe della scuola, che contava 56 sesta. Il primo direttore scolastico, dal 1° aprile 1904, fu il pedagogista Dr. Heinrich Hoffschulte, che guidò l'istituzione fino al 1927. Il 1° aprile 1904 avvenne il trasferimento nella scuola popolare Lamberti in Alten Steinweg.
