Luthermindesmærkerne i Eisleben og Wittenberg er et samlende begreb for de historiske virkesteder for reformatoren Martin Luther, som ligger i Lutherbyerne Eisleben og Wittenberg. De blev optaget på UNESCO's verdensarvsliste i 1996. Desuden er de opført i den blå bog fra den føderale regering og tilhører de kulturelle fyrtårne i Tyskland. Fire ud af de seks Luthermindesmærker, der tæller med i verdensarven, tilhører den i 1997 grundlagte Stiftelsen for Luthermindesmærker i Sachsen-Anhalt.
