Marienbiblioteket i Halle an der Saale er et videnskabeligt evangelisk kirkebibliotek i Halle. Det er det ældste og største konstant offentligt tilgængelige bibliotek af sin art i Tyskland.
Marienbiblioteket blev grundlagt i 1552 af Sebastian Boetius, superindividet af St. Marienkirche, den nuværende Marktkirche Unser Lieben Frauen. Boetius købte nogle bøger på Leipziger Messe med penge fra en donation. Gennem gaver og køb voksede bogsamlingen meget hurtigt. Marienbiblioteket var indtil grundlæggelsen af Universitätsbibliothek Halle i 1696 den eneste offentlige bogsamling i byen, som indtil da også måtte bruges af de studerende og professorerne ved det nyetablerede universitet. Selv efterfølgende kunne det kun langsomt voksende universitetsbibliotek ikke dække litteraturbehovet. Støttet af et kurfyrstligt brugsprivilegium fra 1697 foretrak professorerne fortsat det større Marienbibliotek.
