Østens kirkegård er en kirkegård, der blev åbnet den 1. juli 1800 som en fælles kirkegård for de jødiske, katolske, lutherske og reformerte trossamfund i Hamm.
På Hammer Østens kirkegård er der bevaret en række gravminder fra det tidlige 19. århundrede, herunder gravstenen for familien von Rademacher og gravpladen for major von Rabenau. Det er også værd at fremhæve gravstederne for adskillige æresborgere fra Hamm. En illustreret katalog informerer om gravminderne i den jødiske del. Foran hovedindgangen ved Østenalleen står mindesmærket for præsidenten for overlandsretten Adalbert Falk.
