Eschweger Klosterbryggeri er et nordhessisk privatbryggeri og ligger i det tidligere Augustinerkloster i Eschwege.
I 1839 grundlagde slagtermester og kroejer George Christoph Andreas det senere Eschweger Klosterbryggeri, som først var beliggende i det gamle bybryggeri. Fra 1875 blev bryggeriaktiviteterne flyttet af Jacob Andreas, grundlæggerens søn, til bygningen i det gamle Augustinerkloster. I 1880 var der i alt seks bryggerier i Eschwege. Efter sin mands Jacob død førte Elise Andreas virksomheden videre fra 1892.
