De Eschweger Klosterbrauerei is een privé-brouwerij uit Noord-Hessen en bevindt zich in het voormalige Augustijnerklooster in Eschwege.
In 1839 stichtte de slager en herbergier George Christoph Andreas de latere Eschweger Klosterbrauerei, die aanvankelijk in de oude stadsbrouwerij gevestigd was. Vanaf 1875 werd de brouwerij door Jacob Andreas, de zoon van de oprichter, verplaatst naar het gebouw van het oude Augustijnerklooster. In 1880 waren er in Eschwege in totaal zes brouwerijen. Na de dood van haar man Jacob leidde Elise Andreas vanaf 1892 het bedrijf verder.
