Slottet Wilhelmsthal er en slot- og haveanlæg i bydelen Eckardtshausen i kommunen Gerstungen i Wartburgkreis i Thüringen. Sommer- og jagtslottet ligger cirka syv kilometer syd for Eisenach i Elte-dalen. Bygningens kompleks blev opført i adskillige byggetrin fra 1709 til 1913. Slottet Wilhelmsthal betragtes som den sidste bevarede verdslige ur-fremførselssted for komponisten Georg Philipp Telemann.
Den oprindelige sted blev første gang nævnt skriftligt i 1349 som „Wintershusen“. De vilde, rige skove og enge langs Elte var et populært jagtområde for det høje aristokrati. Baseret på slottene i Eisenach og jagtslottet Marksuhl blev komfortable jagtlogier og stalde oprettet. De blev anlagt ved Rennsteig og ved Glöckner i Ruhla. I Eltedal blev jagthuset Prunftau oprettet, hvor hertug Johann Georg I døde den 19. september 1686 under jagtsæsonen.
