Harmersbachtalbanen er en 10,6 kilometer lang sidelinje, der i Biberach afviger fra Schwarzwaldbahn, slutter i Oberharmersbach-Riersbach og drives af Südwestdeutschen Landesverkehrs-GmbH. Den følger hele sin rute langs Harmersbach.
Harmersbachtalbanen blev åbnet den 15. december 1904 af bygge- og driftvirksomheden Vering & Waechter fra Berlin, som den 1. april 1917 overgik til Deutsche Eisenbahn-Betriebsgesellschaft AG. Siden 1963 har den tilhørt den nationale regering af SWEG.
