København Sanatoriet var en tuberkulosehelseinstitution på Königsberg mellem Goslar og Granetalsperren. I dag er der kun ruiner tilbage fra anlægget.
Sanatoriet var den første helseinstitution overhovedet, der blev grundlagt af en tysk socialforsikring. På tidspunktet for grundlæggelsen i 1895 af Landesversicherungsanstalt Hannover var der ellers kun private sanatorier og sådanne med karitative omkostningsdækkere i Tyskland. Indtil 1915 kom talrige bygninger og landbrugsafdelinger til egen husdyrhold.
