Het Königsberg-sanatorium was een tuberculose-instelling op de Königsberg tussen Goslar en de Granetalsperre. Vandaag de dag zijn er slechts ruïnes van de inrichting over.
Het sanatorium was de eerste genezingsinstelling ooit, die door een Duitse sociale verzekering werd opgericht. Op het moment van de oprichting in 1895 door de Landesversicherungsanstalt Hannover waren er in Duitsland alleen maar particuliere sanatoria en sanatoria met liefdadige betalende instanties. Tot 1915 kwamen er talrijke gebouwen en landbouw gerelateerde inkomens voor eigen veehouderij bij.
