El sanatorio de Königsberg era una institución para el tratamiento de la tuberculosis en Königsberg, entre Goslar y la presa de Granetal. Hoy en día, solo quedan ruinas de la instalación.
El sanatorio fue el primer lugar de curación que se estableció por un seguro social alemán. En el momento de su fundación en 1895 por la institución de seguros del estado de Hannover, solo había en Alemania sanatorios privados y aquellos con financiadores caritativos. Hasta 1915 se añadieron numerosos edificios y una anexo agrícola para el mantenimiento propio de ganado.
