Trüften, også kaldet Trufte, er en 9,6 km lang, venstre eller nordlige biflod til Eder i Rothaargebirge, Kreis Siegen-Wittgenstein i Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Kildebækkene til Trüften, som udelukkende løber i naturparken Sauerland-Rothaargebirge inden for byområdet Bad Berleburg – Østerze, Mittelste og Westerze – udspringer i skovklædt område på den sydøstlige skråning af Rothaargebirge-hovedkampe: på den sydvestlige skråning af Großen Kopf ligger Westerze, neden for dens kløft til den 740,0 m høje basis af Hohscheid ligger Mittelste, og neden for sidstnævnte top ligger Österze.
