Ponttor, som i det 17./18. århundrede også blev kaldt Brückenpforte eller Brückenthor, er en byport bygget i det 14. århundrede og var en del af de ydre bymure i den tyske by Aachen.
Ponttor tilhørte de fire vigtigste porte i de befæstninger, der blev bygget i det 14. og 15. århundrede som en del af de ydre bymure omkring Aachen, den såkaldte Gotiske Mauer. Den ligger i den ene ende af Pontstraße. Ponttor havde som ækvivalent i de indre bymure Pontmitteltor. De to porte var direkte forbundet med hinanden via Pontstraße.
