Den Botaniske Have ved Technische Universität Braunschweig er den botaniske have i Braunschweig. Den blev anlagt i 1840 ved bredden af den østlige afvandingskanal ved Oker.
Den Botaniske Have ligger nordøst for Braunschweigs bymidte med hver ca. to hektar areal nord og syd for Humboldtstraße. Den afgrænses mod vest af Oker og mod øst af Bültenweg. Hovedindgangen ligger ved den historiske portbygning ved Fallersleber Tor på Humboldtstraße 1. Ved siden af ligger Institut for Plantebiologi ved Technische Universität Braunschweig, som Botaniske Have hører under.
