Höje Lieth eller Wurster Heide eller Cuxhaven Geest er en Geest, der strækker sig fra nord til syd i Elbe-Weser-trekanten. Den er den mest nordlige Geest mellem Nedre Elbe og Ydre Weser og ligger i dag næsten fuldstændig i Cuxhaven kommune,
den sydligste spids i det nordlige Bremerhaven.
