La Hohe Lieth o la Wurster Heide o la Geest de Cuxhaven es una geest que se extiende en dirección norte-sur en el triángulo Elba-Weser. Es la geest que llega más al norte entre el Bajo Elba y el Außenweser y hoy en día se encuentra casi completamente en el distrito de Cuxhaven,
el extremo sur en el norte de Bremerhaven.
