Johannisberg er en 200 m høj del af den nordlige kam af Teutoburger Wald i Bielefeld. Sammen med den modsatte Sparrenberg, som bærer Sparrenburg, afgrænser den nordøstenden af Bielefelder Pass. Den knap 4 km lange del af kammen mellem Bielefelder Pass og indskæringen af Johannesbächet er lidt opdelt. Til Johannisberg grænser den 226 m høje Ochsenberg med Ochsenheide, og dernæst den 209 m høje Stecklenbrink.
