Klarissenklosteret Paderborn eksisterede fra 1926 til 2014. De sidste klarisser forlod det kloster i Paderborn, der var blevet for stort til deres behov, og flyttede til Salzkotten, hvor de fortsætter deres ordensliv som Klarissenkonvent Salzkotten. Efter forbilledet af den hellige Clara og Frans af Assisi dedikerer klarisserne sig til bøn, arbejde og tjeneste for mennesker, der henvender sig til dem med deres anliggender.
