Het klarissenklooster Paderborn bestond van 1926 tot 2014. De laatste klarissen hebben het voor hun behoeften te grote klooster in Paderborn verlaten en zijn naar Salzkotten verhuisd, waar zij hun religieuze leven voortzetten als klarissenconvent Salzkotten. In navolging van de heilige Clara en Franciscus van Assisi wijden de klarissen zich aan gebed, werk en de dienst aan de mensen die met hun verzoeken tot hen komen.
