Augustiner-ermittensklosteret var et middelalderkloster i Herford i Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Der er knap nok bevaret information om tidlig historie og grundlæggelsen af konventet, der blev grundlagt før 1288. Klosterkirken blev bygget mellem 1280 og 1300. Det var en treabsidet kirke. Fastsættelsen af terminområderne med klosteret Einbeck fandt sted i 1316. I første halvdel af det 14. århundrede blev der oprettet tolv terminer og hospitaler. Under sit besøg i Herford overnattede kejser Karl IV. i klosteret i 1377, og i 1379 fandt kapitlet for det thüringsk-saksiske provins af Augustiner-ermitterne sted her.
