TC Blau-Weiss Neuss e. V. er en tennisforening, der har hjemme i Neuss Stadionkvarteret. Her i anlægget ved Jahnstadion har herreholdet spillet sine hjemmekampe siden 1979 i 1. Tennis-Bundesliga – ligesom de øvrige hold i foreningen.
Efter at militærregeringen i slutningen af februar 1946 igen havde godkendt sportsforeninger, blev TC Blau-Weiss Neuss grundlagt den 13. marts 1946. Efter ti års eksistens flyttede foreningen til Jahnstadion og opførte sit første klubhus der.
