De TC Blau-Weiss Neuss e. V. is een tennisvereniging die is gevestigd in de Neusser stadionwijk. In de accommodatie van het daar gelegen Jahnstadion speelt het herenteam sinds 1979 zijn thuiswedstrijden in de 1. Tennis-Bundesliga – net als de andere teams van de vereniging.
Nadat de militaire regering eind februari 1946 sportverenigingen weer had goedgekeurd, werd op 13 maart 1946 de TC Blau-Weiss Neuss opgericht. Na zijn tienjarige bestaan verhuisde de vereniging naar het Jahnstadion en richtte daar zijn eerste clubhuis op.
