Helmholtz-Gymnasium Bonn er et offentligt gymnasium med en tyskbritisk-bilingual afdeling og en naturvidenskabelig afdeling i Bonn-Duisdorf.
Helmholtz-Gymnasium blev åbnet i 1961 under ledelse af Wilhelm Schüttler som gymnasium for Duisdorf kommune. Et år senere blev det officielt opkaldt efter Hermann von Helmholtz. Skolebygningen blev designet af Düsseldorf-arkitekten Bruno Lambart, mens udformningen af grønne områder og sportsfaciliteter blev overtaget af kontoret for den bonnske landskabsarkitekt Heinrich Raderschall. Skolen blev væsentligt præget i årene 1976 til 1990 af dens rektor Leo Klingen. Siden skoleåret 2000/2001 er der blevet tildelt Dr.-Leo-Klingen-prisen til elever, der har udmærket sig ved særlige skolepræstationer eller socialt engagement, til hans ære ud over studentereksamen. Fra 1990 til 2012 blev gymnasiet ledet af Martin Berg. Siden 2013 har Dorothee von Hoerschelmann været rektor.
