St. Johannes-Hospital var et hospital i Bonns bydel Bonn-Castell, der eksisterede fra 1849 til 2005. Det betragtes som byens ældste hospital. Bygningen i nygotisk stil er fredet som en kulturarv.
Bygningen af St. Johannes-Hospital ligger ved den nordlige kant af Bonns bymidte og strækker sig mod nordøst af Wilhelmsplatz på den østlige side af Kölnstraße og den nordlige side af Wachsbleiche.
