L'ospedale St. Johannes era un ospedale nel quartiere Bonn-Castell di Bonn, attivo dal 1849 al 2005. È considerato il più antico ospedale della città. L'edificio in stile neogotico è protetto come monumento storico.
L'edificio dell'ospedale St. Johannes si trova al limite nord del centro città di Bonn e si estende a nord-est della Wilhelmsplatz, sul lato est della Kölnstraße e sul lato nord della Wachsbleiche.
