Alt St. Cornelius var den romersk-katolske sognkirke i Köln-Rath/Heumar i Nordrhein-Westfalen. I dag vidner kun det romanske klokketårn om den.
Tårnet fra den gamle sognkirke, som var helliget den hellige Cornelius fra Rom, stammer sandsynligvis stadig fra et kapel nævnt i et dokument fra 1147 i forbindelse med klostret Deutz. Det var en filial af kirken i Urbach indtil oprettelsen af en selvstændig Heumar sogn i 1698. Skibet blev i 1824 erklæret for faldende og blev nedbrudt efter 1826, og endelig blev Neu St. Cornelius bygget i Rath/Heumar i 1834.
