Aachener Land har siden 1996 været navnet på den dobbelte Eschweiler motorvejsrasteplads på den tyske motorvej 4 mellem tilslutningspunktet Eschweiler-West og krydset Aachen. Den blev oprindeligt kaldt Propsteier Wald ved sin grundlæggelse den 7. juni 1973 efter den nærliggende skov i det vestlige byområde af Eschweiler med eget tilslutningspunkt til det daværende militærdepot Camp Astrid. Der er rastepladsen Aachener Land Nord samt Aachener Land Syd.
Rastepladserne blev indtil den 28. december 2009 drevet af mellemstore lejere. Med lejerens pensionering har et stort selskab, Eliance Deutschland West GmbH, overtaget driften. Dette blev omdøbt til Elior Deutschland West GmbH.
